the only thing superior about tylenol 3 or 4 than vicodin (hydrocodone/APAP) is you can take two of either them and you are still using about the exact volume of apap as a person vicodin.Anyway I don't love it, the reason why is the fact that promethazine inhibits the enzyme that metabolised codeine into morphine and you don't genuinely get high.
